14-day money-back guarantee. If KelpShot isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase and you'll get your money back, no questions asked.

How to request a refund

1. Email hey@harry.id from the address you used to buy, or reply to your receipt email.
2. Include your order number if you have it.

Refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, to your original payment method. They usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

After a refund

The license key is deactivated. You can keep using KelpShot as a free trial version.

After 14 days

We generally can't refund purchases older than 14 days, but if something went wrong, for example KelpShot doesn't work on your Mac and we can't fix it, please write to us and we'll do our best to help.
